About
Two names. One sound. No faces. JØHAN ØN operate from the shadows of the Finnish underground, a body of work designed for large rooms and open skies.
Bio
JØHAN ØN is a Finnish electronic duo operating in the space between Tech House and Bass House. Dense, driving, relentless. The identity stays anonymous by design: the music speaks, the image stays dark. Debut track “Bassline” introduced the project’s signature low-end language. Heavy, minimal, purposeful. Winners of the Lenovo × Motorola × Weekend Festival DJ competition, they make their festival debut at Weekend Festival on 31 July to 1 August 2026.
Live
A DJ set built for momentum. No talking, no filler, no light relief. A 60 to 90 minute arc that moves from tension to release, locked into the low end throughout. Curated, not improvised: the programming responds to the room while the energy stays on a single trajectory: forward, harder, darker. Built for the late-night main room, the festival stage, the warehouse.
